That is the exact same quilt I have the pattern for in the magazine. Your Welcome! It makes me want to go and get mine started now.
The block is called Washington Pavement, which was used in Civil War Era quilts. $300 seems low for such a vintage piece. It seems there should be someone that is more familiar with Civil War era quilts that would recognize the pattern and know what you have. I will do some checking and get back to you if I find anything! I would hang onto this for now.
