I was just checking those out because I saw one on Craigslist. The NL models were made in the 1980's. They are a real 15-91 but not one of the vintage ones. The one that I saw on Craigslist was for $35.00 and I would have bought it (just because the decals were so gorgeous) but it was too far from me.

Hi Cathy... thanks for the timely update. Really good to know. I thought that the decal was a bit over the top showy. lol I wonder if it has all metal parts like the old 15-91 and sews as perfect a stitch as the old ones (in good working order) do. Ah well... Did singer ever make reproductions of other models?
From what I read, it's not a reproduction, that Singer never stopped making the 15-91 but when the company was sold then they were being produced in another company (Taiwan?) I found one site where the going price was really high. Check this out: http://www.7sew.com/singer/15_NL/index.html
