It is called "Professtional Tote" by Creative Thimble. It's a pretty big bag to use as a purse if made the size the pattern produces. I made some adjustments on the smaller one I made for myself. It works out to still be a large purse. If memory serves, I took about an inch off the width and about 3 inches off the height.
Thank you for the pattern information. I looked it up and wow is it big. They say it can hold file folders or a laptop! Your modified version does look great too.
