Being young at quilting, and a bit nieve to boot, I couldn’t understand when using the rotary cutter on the last quilt, why I kept getting dusty strands every time I’d make a cut. Taking it apart to clean I found my answer, they had stuck two blades in instead of one. I’m grateful they were so generous (or incompetent) at the factory, I just wish I’d discovered it sooner, the cutting today went so much more smoothly. Also both blades are still in fine shape so I got doubly lucky.

I may be slow on the uptake, but once I get going, look out. Have rotary, will cut!
