I've thought about this one too. Haven't sewed on it. Many Older, German-made Pfaffs, both computerized and mechanical, are available for less. With computerized, you have to worry about the motherboard going and if it will be fixable/replaceable and at what price. But the mechanicals are much cheaper to fix if needed. I became obsessed with Pfaff after using PDQ (just like IDT-the integrated dual-feed) on my Babylock Quest Plus. Actually, I wanted, but could not afford, a 7500 series machine in the 1990's. Guess what? I've got a 7510 coming from Brubakers! I'll let you know what I think of the real thing. And it cost less than the Select 3.0.
