My grandaughter was born in 1992 at 31 weeks....2 lb 14 oz 15". She is now a bouncing 18 year old with a dynamite future...sharp as a tack and full of energy. It takes a couple of years for them to fully catch up, but once they do, you wouldn't know they were preemie.
My daughter had the same problem...preeclampsia, couldn't get her blood pressure down after 2 days of trying. It was a very scary time.
