Just keep at it, the more you do the easier. There is nothing wrong with your quilting. The thickness of the fabric and batting makes a big difference as well. Thinner the batting, smaller the stitches. Anyone would love to have a hand quilted quilt, no matter what the size stitches, it is made with lots of LOVE.
