Ditto this. I'm kind of sensitive and I am pretty open about that. If I spent hours on something that to me was really difficult, but maybe you had done it before and noticed my mistakes...I'd probably bawl my eyes out when you immediately point out my flaw. However I agree with Lucy here that there are ways to approach these things without being hurtful. ;)

I also think that if the person is just showing and telling then I would keep my mouth closed. But if they are asking for your opinion, then you have free reign in my opinion to tactfully give it. :)
