Can you take a couple of pictures of the foot and where it attaches to the shank? One from the front and one from the end of the machine?

It looks like there's a knurled ring at the bottom of the shank and the foot would be attached by a flat pair of prongs - is that right?

If so, I might have a set of attachments for it. I will try to find a bobbin for you so that you can test it to see if it works - if it does, you can order modern repros from Jenny pretty cheap.
