I have really crapped out on my weight loss this month. I guess I really didn't want those solids after all.
It is so time for me to get serious about this again. I pit 1 pound on and just about freaked because I know it's not water gain from it being that time of the month. I haven't been eating very good and it is showing on the scale. Shame on me. I need to get some of those weight watchers snack bars for when I get cravings. Oh well there is always next month.
