Found this explanation .... "Watch for the colored balloons next to shop names starting Saturday, January 8; this means that shop is offering a special for FabShop Hoppers. Look for pink balloons during Week 2. A blue balloon in Week 3 means a new special; time to go back and check it out. Week 4 will have red balloons for new specials."
How do we figure out what the special for hoppers is?
