I am chair of a community quilt charity for our guild. These designs gave me a couple of ideas for quilts that are quick but pretty,
I've already give one away. Two more are set aside for people. One as a wedding gift and one for DH's Aunt. She asked for one, since I have one here that would look very nice in her home I will probably just send it off in the next week or two. I will put a label on it first.
The first one I gave away was for a friend who had a double Mastectomy. She cried when I gave it to her. That one I had "made" for her thinking if it sold, I would make her another.
Three of the kids quilts will probably go to a family where they just brought in 3 young children as foster kids. they came out of a pretty bad home. I need to get the kid's names and will embroider their name on the quilt before I give them.
