Hope your babies get well soon. These childhood colds are hard on them but worse on the parent because we can't take it on ourselves and let our darlings get well faster. All we can do is the best we can.

But as for feeling guilty about quilting while they are asleep, ask
yourself...

Does the noise of the sewing machine wake them up?
Does your not sitting by their beds cause them to wake?
Can you hear or see them from your sewing machine?
Does your relaxing while sewing hurt them?

Sew go on and sew sew sew, and then you can relax when you get too tired to sew. The washing machine will work without you watching it, and you'll have a feeling of accomplishment when finished with a lovely piece of art. Your kids will love it when they see what Mom made for them.
