This is for an 11 year old who loves horses, and since I love her, I thought she would like this for her birthday. It started out as a throw, but ended up fitting a queen size bed. She visited at Christmas and saw all my stash and wanted to make her dog a quilt. I cut and she did all the seams by herself. She was so proud of what she did, I hope this will make her want to be a "quilter".
