Well, I have finally decided to kick my fears in the butt and start the "Wedding Quilt"!!! To me, this is a VERY intimidating pattern! Of course, I started it out by telling my dear DIL to-be that since this is a block-of-the-month quilt that I will only be able to do one block a month! Well, I sat down and did the first block and had so much fun with it that I decided to do another one today! I am trying to move slowly with it (first time sewing batiks and it is the "Wedding Quilt"), but I think it is turning out pretty good so far! Wish me luck!!!
We did change all of the fabrics as well.....will try to keep this updated!
