Pumpkin Muffins
1 box carrot cake mix
1 16 oz. can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
Mix well, and fill 12 cupcake tins.
Bake 350* for 25 min. (until cooked) Cool completely.
Frosting
1 pkg. fat free/sugar free cheesecake pudding
1 12 oz. fat free cool whip
Mix well and cover your muffins.
