The quilt top she is laying on is one of two that were given to me several years ago by one of my former student's mothers. They are the same design and have the same fabrics. They are handsewn. A coworker of mine says that if she were me, she would have them both quilted. I'm not sure if I want to do that. I love looking at the backs of them and seeing the hand stitches. Then, on the other hand, I know they were meant to be finished. :roll: I would like to find out the name of the design. Maybe someday I will post it on the board and see if anyone knows the name. ;)
