I use the cheapest spray from the cheap dollar shop. It costs about $5 whilst the quilt shop ones are $30. I have never had a problem with it yellowing etc. I usually wait 24 hours after I have basted the quilt before I start sewing - just to make sure everything is bonded and not sticky. There has been no trouble when quilting.
