Mom keeps this stored away, that breaks my heart. Grannie was colorblind in the worst way. We used think she was like a dog and only seen black and white, so quilting was very hard for her. If someone wasnt there to tell her the colors matched she just threw things together. Any way here it is!
But isn't that what quilting is all about?!?! Spreading their love through quilting; I think it is wonderful because it was made by your grannie. Who knows what future generations will think of our handiwork :roll: Hopefully they will appreciate our quilts as they were meant to be; filled with love. It doesn't really matter whether colors match, coordinate, seams match; the love is there.
