Then, a neighbor had a Chihuahua/mix? and didn't take care of her at all...left her outside in VERY cold weather...outside in VERY hot weather with no water/food for sometimes a couple of days at a time. Sooooo, I stole her...yep, really did. About a month later DH asked them if they realized that we had their dog and their reply was "yes, we didn't want her anyway and were hoping she would find a new home." She is adorable and extremely loving....they don't know what they lost!
