I hope your room "shed" will be "conditioned". My sewing room (outbuilding) was built about 6 years ago, but I only use it seasonally as it is neither heated or cooled. I think it can be unpleasant to have to have all but that feature in your hobby room. I find I don't spend nearly the time there that I'd like to. I hope you get that all figured out early on.
