Next time you visit, don't tell them where you are going. My daddy used to tell us kids he was "going to see a man about a dog" when we heard that, we knew we couldn't go and that is was none of our business. Keep on quilting.
My mom and dad used to say that too until one day he actually brought home a puppy for us!!
