Isn't she just the greatest thing to come across the Pike? I tried the 2 mile, but it was a little too much. The one mile is just great and I do it once in the morning and once in the afternoon. No sooner do I cool down, I can go on with something else, no need to sit down and rest for 1/2 hour, just keep on a'going! I know you will like it. If you don't have one, I certainly would recommend an Omron Pedometer. They have them at Walgreen's or probably any drug store. My sisters, Julie is 70, Ruthie is 63 both had one before I got mine. They manage to walk 10,000 steps a day. I am up to over 8,500 a day with the walking (2,000 steps is a mile). You do that twice a day with good old Leslie! The one I have is digital and it keeps your record for one week. You can set it to change to zero at 12:00 AM (hopefully you are in the arms of Morpheus by then) and you are all set to go in the morning. It also has a clock. I am one of thems that do things double - I have it clipped to my pocket and also have a string that I have attached to it clipped to my pants! Just so I don't lose it! (My sister has the same affliction!!!)

Good luck to all of you this month. I am still eating what I ate last month, exercising the same as I did last month and feeling so much better.

Pull that belly button to your spine!!!!!! Edie
