I just made one. I forgot about the $ store tablecloth idea and bought fleece. I purchased Velcro. I found a package with one side stick-on and one side sew-on. I stuck it to a wall in my family room - my only paneled room. I wouldn't use on a painted wall because it really has a strong grip. I sewed the other strip to the fleece. Easy, no raw edges to finish and the blocks stick very well.
