Welcome from Baton Rouge. Might try going to a quilting Guild meeting, there is one this week at St. Paul's church on the corner of Tara and Old Hammond Hwy at 6:30 pm. Lots of inspiration and ideas. Forget to tell you it the 1st Thursday of each month.
I'm probably looking for something early in the day while my husband is at work and then I'm saving up to get my car fixed too so would have to find transportation.
