There was a pattern in a quilting magazine for a cat quilt and there were little mice blocks in the corners. I just enlarged the mice and used that for the pattern. It also used up some of my scraps.

The sounds of a cat quilt with mice blocks in the corner sounds very much like a design Pam Bono would do. I don't have the pattern, but maybe you can Google Pam Bono to come up with something.
