:?: One question I have (among many) is does it really make a difference on a solid piece of fabric which is the RIGHT SIDE?
We purchase for the pattern but if there is no pattern and it's a solid with no markings does it matter which side we use? I wash my fabric before I cut it and if I forget to mark the outside of the fabric before I cut it I can't always tell which side of the fabric is the right side. (the one that was on the outside of the bolt). If there is no pattern and both sides look the same
what does it matter? I have seen some materials that I like better on the backside. Is there something on the front of a piece of fabric (besides the pattern)that makes it the only side to use? As I have heard us say there are no dumb questions RIGHT. Thanks for your help. Hugs and Happy Quilting to all.
