These all sound like great recipes, but...
does anyone have an old fashioned southern recipe for fruitcake that is made with dark cane syrup and soaked in Brandy?
My grandmother used to make it and send it to me.. then she passed away, after giving me the recipe,, but,, you know the rest right..
It burned in the fire... and I was the only one who had it...
Anybody out there got it?
