If they are having a close out sale, it may take several weeks to process all the orders. I am sure if your account has been charged they filled the order. I would just keep calling eventially someone will answer the phone. I ordered some stuff from a close out sale and I had all but given up on ever getting it. after about 6 weeks I got it and actually had forgot that I had ordered it.
