As a nurse, I used to have a knack at getting ink on my white uniforms. Alcohol works great. Put several layers of pp towels under and blot with one with alcohol. Shift and change the layers of paper towels frequently as the ink moves from the garment to the towels. Don't freak out, when at first, it looks like it has made it spread. The add more and wash. Usually when I wash I put Lestoil on it, but that is getting very hard to get. Hairspray used to work due to the alcohol content, but I don't think they contain much any more. Good luck.
