Looks good to me. I love the fabric. Don't be so hard on yourself. Quilting is supposed to be fun. You can drive yourself nuts trying to be perfect. Perfection is unattainable. I know. I've tried. Whoever you gift your quilts to will only see the hours of work and the love that went into them.
