Looks like a National Model A type Rotary, they were badged by lots of company's/stores, etc... see Needlebar at the following (model A's at the top of the page):

The earlier Model A's seemed to be treadles, but the later ones were made with handcranks and electric too. See the "New England" model A picture. The NE Model A is dated to the early 1900's. There's a Damascas Model B that has the dual raised spool pin I don't know why it's labeled a "B" Billy might be able to shed more light on the subject.
