I read about this type of ice cream in a childrens book when I was little... I remember they used PET milk in it, but I don't remember the name of the book, nor have I ever come across a recipe for snow ice cream. I can't wait to see if anyone else has, because I've got 30" inches of available snow covering an entire city to make ice cream from, LOL. It sounded yummy then, and it sounds yummy now!!!
