I love your colour choice for the patchwork. Just relax and, as others have said, enjoy your craft. Often others do not notice any "imperfections" that only you know about anyway. I was told that when there is a mistake in one of my quilts, to leave it. It gives it character and a little bit of history to talk about in years to come.
Making and giving a quilt is one of the most pleasurable experiences that I personally enjoy most. Unsewing constantly leaves you with poor memories of the quilt which is sad. The recipient is not likely to inspect it with a quilt judges eyes anyway, so try not to worry too much. I look forward to seeing more of your work. Best wishes
