I did email Fons and Porter since I was curious about how their kits are put together. This is the response I received:
Thank you for your email. We only have a few pre-cut kits available. If you enter pre-cut in the search window, they will come up. Otherwise, the kits include the fabrics for the top and binding and you would need to cut the fabrics.
