Hi, Great machine. You are so lucky to get her...She is a Singer, probably a 66, the # that starts with a G is her serial #, The DAY SHE WAS BORN. If you contact customer service at Singer they can tell you when. To get a manual, so you can learn how to put her needle in properly, and the lube and oil her, thread her up, can be obtained from the Singer website or from Customer Service. P. S. DO NOT USE ANY THING STRONGER THAN DILUTED WINDOW CLEANER to clean her. The beautiful paint job will be removed be a strong cleaner. I recommend a rung out soft cloth and dish water, to start.
