I agree with getting your cats to the vet.
I used to have this beautiful girl named Penny (she looked like a copper penny) and whenever the seasons would change she would pee on the floor right in front of you. The first time she did it I couldn't believe it, took her to the Vet and sure enough, she had an infection (she was fixed), so she got meds and she quit doing that.
Happened again when summer turned to fall and this time the vet gave me a double dose of the med to keep on hand. She didn't do it again after that, but I had to keep an eye on her when the seasons changed.
