You will use pressor foot 6A Lower the feed dogs. It tells you how to start with the info button. Just follow the directions on the page.
Don't despair - you will love this machine once you get used to it. I've had mine for over a year and wouldn't sew on anything else now. One thing to watch out for when fmq is that you might need to reduce the Pivot height if you find you are having skipped stitches. (This depends on the batting you are using) You will see the Pivot height option once you set the machine for Sensormatic. Select this and then press the minus (-) Key to set it a -3 or -4. This bit is trial and error until you get the once that best suits.
