All of my service manuals I picked up from Sewing repair shop buy outs, but you should be able to find the service manuals out there somewhere.

I have seen a couple on Ebay. But, I think that they were copies of the timing and wiring diagrams, not sure. There are folks out there who have found an original, make copies (either paper or CD) and then sell them on ebay. Not sure if that's actually legal or not. If Singer keeps up their copyrights, than it's not. Most people think that anything prior to 1923 is out of copyright, but that's not necessarily the case.
