I can understand where you are coming from and it is frustrating. That said, there are more people without computers or access to them, than there are with. This crosses all economic and social lines. Some, as stated can't afford it, some don't see the need at their age if they are elderly, some may not have anyone to teach them and hold their hand while they learn. Computers are not exactly user friendly - not as bad as they once were - but by no means easy.

I find it frustrating when companies, Doctors, hospitals and other places assume that everyone has a computer and proceed to eliminate all other means of communication by not listing phone numbers or mailing addresses on literature or statements.
