I think I found out why we can't find the 'consise' pdf version of this ... the woman who created this pattern was able to get it published In Australian Patchwork Quilting Vol. 19 Issue 3 ... I just ordered a back issue (it is from May 2010) ... here is a link about the quilt and the blog for the woman who designed it
