Eleven years ago in May I lost a grandchild to a congenitial heart defect. This year for CHD awareness week which is the 7-14th of February my daughter asked me to make a rememberence quilt that is being sent to a lady who lost her daughter a year ago to a CHD she is collecting these quilts and taking them to the local NICU.
