I would say so, but only for your time/labor. Material is expensive nowadays and if they aren't providing the fabric (i.e. - if they are choosing anything in your stash) you might charge extra for what they will use from it or the actual cost of purchase for a new fabric selection of their choice from whatsover vendor. Also if his bus doesn't already have the means to hang them - then you will also have to charge for rods that will work etc to hang them as you will need to take that into account during fabrication.
