I agree; I like trying new things. And I have always said, I would try anything once. Sometimes I like it enough to do a couple times more. I like challenges, but have no desire to do applique unless it is in-the-hoop applique with the embroidery machine; they are fun. I won't do anything requiring hand stitching; mostly because of hands. And I like my quilts to be practical and usable, so no art quilts for me. Now why did I make that silk quilt?!?!?
