I have one exactly like that, cabinet and all. I got it at a rummage sale for $40. I just love it. It sews beautifully. I took it apart a bit to clean it well (it hadn't been cleaned for many years), oiled it up, and am enjoying it very much. I think your price is fair. I'm sure you've already been referred to Lostn51's tutorials on how to clean it. I had to put on a new belt, but other than the cleaning inside and out, it will work for many, many more years.
