I'm thinking about trying a different brand. Maybe a singer? I don't know what to do.
I never talked to anyone at Brother, yet. I called long distance and it said the wait would be more than 5 minutes. I held for a while. nothing but that lovely music....I called the 1-800 number, but it said the wait was over 12 minutes! I don't have all day to wait on them. I have e-mailed them before with no return answer.
I'm about to cut my Brother out of the family tree.
