It says it takes Jelly Rolls so you could pretty much figure out by figuring what size you want it to finish and then how many Jelly Rolls it takes to reach that size. Figure 40 strips in a Jelly Roll at 2.5" wide cut width of fabric or 42 inches to be safe--might be 44-45" in reality but you'll want to deduct for selvages and just in case. So, 2.5" x 40 = 100 inches divide by 36 = 2.777 yards in 1 Jelly Roll.
It says the crib size is 31 x 46" so right at 1 yard of fabric so 1 Jelly Roll would be more than enough for that size. Throw size is a little bigger and theoretically, a Jelly Roll has enough yardage to cover it but I'd get at least a couple coordinating fat quarters to CYA. (Cover Your @$$)
