I strongly doubt it. In the corner at the bottom is her sitting at her machine with the embroidery module attached and the background fabric hooped. I think she did it the same way I'm planning mine, that the embroidery module will do all the applique with satin stitching AND the finishing embroidery stitches too!
Strange about Fairy Frost melting... I adore them and have never had a problem like that!
This is a block for my Sylvia Bridal Sampler quilt that I did on the embroidery machine yesterday. While it's only applique with no embroidery added, it's similar to what I plan for AOTH.
