My review of the oatmeal cake.I used SF applesauce & otherwise followed the directions.The cake was more dense & used a bit more cinnamon than I care for.I'd cut that to a scant 1/2 Tsp.I think one cup total of sugar....half each brown & white would be enough.
The applesauce kept it from drying out & the cake stayed moist till DH ate the last bite.
