I use Glysomed. It has glycerin, silicone, and chamomile. My hands were so rough I could use them to sand wood but now they are as smooth as a baby's bum. I use it every time I wash my hands. It is made by Blistex in the US so you should be able to get it easily.

It's also good for your feet too. :thumbup:
